Terms Of Service

Commission GuidelinesWhen you commission me for artwork, there are a few important details to keep in mind:1. Timeframe:Your commission will typically take between 1 to 4 weeks to complete. I value transparency, so I'll keep you updated on the progress. If it looks like it might take longer than expected, I'll let you know upfront.2. Sketches:Each commission includes 2 - 3 sketches before we finalize the artwork. This ensures that we're on the same page creatively.3. References:It's important that you provide references for your art piece, whether it's images or detailed descriptions. If you don't, I reserve the right to use my own references to bring your vision to life.4. Digital Art:I specialize in digital art, so I can't accept requests for traditional art. I appreciate your understanding in this regard.5. Ownership:All rights to the artwork belong to me, unless we agree otherwise in advance.6. Usage:Unless we've discussed it differently beforehand, commissions are for personal use only. If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, there will be a different pricing structure (300% increase).7. Reposting and Credit:Please be respectful of my work. If you choose to share the artwork online, make sure to provide proper source or credit. It's a simple gesture that goes a long way.8. Delivery:You will receive the final artwork in .png format via the email address you provided. This ensures a smooth and secure delivery process.

Commissions

PROCEDURES1. Initial Contact: When you reach out to me, we'll have a conversation about your artistic vision, and together, we'll explore the most effective way to bring your ideas to life through my artwork.2. Pricing and Confirmation: I'll give you my estimated price for the art commission we discussed and check if it fits your budget. We can make tweaks to make sure everyone's happy. Once we've settled on the price, I'll wait for payment, either upfront or 50/50, depending on the project. Once payment's confirmed, you're officially on my waitlist.
3. First Sketches: When it's your turn, I'll shoot you a message and start sketching based on our earlier ideas. This is your chance to suggest any changes, as long as they're not a total U-turn from the original plan. If we're talking big changes, we might need to talk about adjusting the price.4. The Solo Art Zone: With our sketch locked in, I'll do the lining, coloring, and shading (if needed – some folks just want a sketch). I'll keep you in the loop with all the steps and consider minor tweaks if they're not too much.5. The Grand Reveal: Once it's all done, I'll send you the PNG of your artwork. I might also post it on my social media for some self-promo unless you'd prefer I didn't. If you want to keep it off my socials, there might be an extra fee involved.

Backgrounds have different pricing accourding to complexity. Starts at 30 usd.

These prices are just rough estimates;
The actual prices will be worked out individually based on what you're looking for;
Each commission's cost will depend on things like the complexity of the design, your specific requests, how much detail you want, and how long it takes me;
If you want extra characters or intricate stuff like weapons, armor, patterns, or carvings, there might be some additional fees;
I usually charge design fees when you're describing something entirely new, like a character or outfit from scratch, just with words. But if you've got good picture references, no worries, we can skip those fees;
If you're a bit camera-shy and want to keep your artwork all to yourself, there's an extra fee for that too.
